    My garage door was on the brink of collapse on a Sunday before the holiday week! I tried several places in which were open but never showed up and I wished I called Palms first! They took my call at 7PM on a SUNDAY NIGHT and made it happen! Elad showed up at 8PM and was able to walk through the process with me. Showed me every issue during the consultation (gave a price) and correction. He was very respectful to ensure he kept the repair quiet. After an hour, the door was quieter than it ever was! Elad upgraded a few parts which he had ready to correct the door, and even gave me tips on what to look for. He did NOT try to sell more than what I asked for!! Will definitely have them on my short list of repair services needs in the future!
