My garage door spring broke and my car was completely trapped inside, so I was in a real bind. I messaged Palms Garage Doors on Yelp and they responded extremely quickly. My garage unexpectedly came off the brackets as my wife went off to work, and Brian was absolutely awesome with great service and very professional!! You can tell he was very Very experience. He came in, accessed the situation and in 3 mins, got his tools and literally attacked the technical repair job!! Completed the job literally in minutes.!! My garage door failed to lift all of a sudden on a Saturday over the labor day weekend. Got a reference and called the Palms Services. The technician showed up on Sunday morning around noon and quickly diagnosed the broken spring torsion. We agreed to upgrade the spring to a heavy-duty, standard dual-torsion spring and also replace the 10 wheels in the rail. The total price was on the higher end (from my research) but it is a holiday weekend and an emergency service request. Palms Garage door team is very professional team and in particular service tech Zoli is very well-mannered and knowledgeable. Update 6 months after the install , had an problem, where the garage door and it’s WiFi connection. Office folks who I spoke to was very responsive and immediately sent a tech . These guys responded to my online request immediately and within about three hours I had a service tech show up at the house. He was very thorough and explained to me how garage door operations work and how my broken springs fit into the big picture. He also explained that since I have wood doors, they’re very heavy or put extra burden on the springs so I should really think hard about my repair. He gave me three pricing options good better, and best and I chose the best even though it was the most expensive. One of the rollers on our garage door came off track recently causing issues with opening and closing. I found Palms Garage Doors on Yelp. They had excellent reviews by customers and a 4.9 star rating. We gave them a call and were told they could be here today between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Elad was very punctual and arrived at exactly 12:30pm. He took a look at our garage door and assessed the situation.  The bolts on our garage door needed to be tightened. Many had become loose over time. He increased the tension of the spring coils because our garage door off balance and he replaced all the metal rollers within the metal track.  He said it would take him about 45 minutes to fix. Everything worked out great. He did exactly as he had promised and with great efficiency. He made sure to show us, before he left, what got replaced. The garage door opens and closes so much smoother and better than before. It's much quieter too. Elad, was very professional and kind. He did an amazing job fixing our garage door. My husband and I appreciated that he could fix it the same day we called. Illia is very reliable! He called ahead to confirm the time and showed up right on schedule. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything to us with great patience (we know nothing about garage doors, apparently!). They were very prompt and responsive. They installed garage door on Saturday and there was an issue about clearance because of miscommunication. But they kept me informed and fixed it on Monday. I have high expectations doing things with high quality and Palms is one of the few companies that could meet my high expectations. What sets Palms apart from most other companies is that they have professional project managers who make sure the customer is happy with the job. I get slow responses (hours) from other companies about my concerns and questions before vendor selection but Palms was very quick to respond to my phone / text messages within minutes. For example, I had concerns about how my doors would look centered even though my door openings were smaller than standard size doors and risks looking off-centered. ******* was very responsive to my concerns and ensured me the installers would have ways to make the door look good. When the installers came, they at first refused to center the door because he didn't know how to do it and was continuing to install the door off-centered but when I quickly called/texted ******* mid-job, within minutes she was able to reach out to the installer's supervisor who rushed to my house, took a look at the situation and immediately came up with a smart way to make the doors centered.
